"HOW IT WORKS"
From the main outpost at 205 Wears Valley Road, tubers enter
the river at the outpost, floating 1-1/2 miles downstream to the
swinging bridge where the shuttle buses are waiting to transport
them back to the 'put in.' Float trip takes approx. 1-1/2 hours
from start to finish. This is our Family Float
and most popular! Ages 2 and up are welcome. |

"HOW IT WORKS"
Load up on a River Rat shuttle to be taken to the 'put in' one
mile up river. Float back to the tube shack which is the exit. This
route is our Adventure Float. Children on
this route must be at least 5 years old and capable of riding
their own tube. Float trip is approximately one hour long.

What
to Wear
Most tubers wear swim clothes, but shorts and tee's
are popular as well. Avoid oversized clothing that may hang
in the water. Although not required, please wear shoes (shoes that
strap are best). Sunscreen is a must. The water is cool, but it's
hot and sunny on the river.
Children
Children under 13 years
of age are required to wear a life jacket. We provide life
jackets to these children and to all persons who need or want
them.
We have "Mom Approved" kid tubes with
bottoms so they won't fall through the hole.
